Foxble provides professional device tracking solutions for fleet management, asset tracking, and crew monitoring. Our tracking devices use Nordic Semiconductor technology with multi-network connectivity (Satellite, Cellular, WiFi, BLE) for reliable tracking anywhere.
How does the tracking work?
Our tracking devices generally use WiFi and Cellular towers to determine location, then transmit that data over cellular networks to an AWS cloud platform. You can view device locations in real-time through our web dashboard or on mobile browsers.

What tracking device do you use?
We use the Nordic Semiconductor Thingy:91 X, a professional-grade IoT device with built-in WiFi and cellular connectivity, and built-in environmental sensors. More information available here.
How do I set up a tracking device?
Setup is simple: - Power on the device - The device automatically connects to cellular networks - Log into your Foxble account - Assign the device to a crew or vehicle - Start tracking immediately
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies based on reporting frequency and network usage. Typical battery life ranges from 7-14 days with standard tracking intervals. The device shows the rechargeable battery status in real-time on the dashboard.

How much does it cost?
Starting at $40 USD per month per device. This includes:

No long-term contracts required. Plans are month-to-month which can be cancelled anytime or a yearly plan.

Where can the device be purchased?
On the Thingy-91 X website, look on the left hand side of the page, there is a list of distributors and their current stock.
Features
Can I assign devices to different crews?
Yes! You can assign each device to a specific crew, team, or vehicle. This makes it easy to track who has which device and generate crew-specific reports.
Can I view location history?
Yes, you can view complete location history for any device, report on past location visits, and export location data for record-keeping or analysis.
Do you offer daily reports?
Yes, our system automatically generates daily reports showing visit times, locations visited, total time at each site, and overall activity for each crew or device.

How do I get support
Contact us through our contact form or email us directly at support@foxble.com. We typically respond within 24 hours for support requests but generally much quicker than that.
What if a device stops working?
Check the last location visit for the reported battery level first. If the device is charged but not reporting, contact our support team for troubleshooting or device replacement at support@foxble.com.
